How do I download the Kopp’s App?
You can find the apps on the Google Play Store or the iOS App Store for download.
What does the App do?
Our Kopp’s Custard app provides information about today’s flavors, this month’s flavor preview, food menu items, shake and sundaes of the month, and location information. You can also subscribe to flavor alerts for your favorite Kopp’s custard flavors!
Do I need separate accounts for the site and the app?
No, you can sign in to the site or the app using the same credentials?
How do I remove my account?
You can email us at support@kopps.com to remove your account from the website and app. Please provide your name and the email address associated with your account in the email.
Can I adjust my flavor alerts?
Yes, within the app or your website account, you can adjust the frequency and timing of your emails (website) or your push notifications (the app) including suppressing them completely.
Do I use my website account to order online?
No, our ordering system is separate from the website/app and has its own credentials. Visit our online ordering portal for more info.
Can I buy gift certificates?
Yes, you can check your balance and purchase gift certificates here to be used at all three of our locations.
How do I apply for a job?
Head on over to our Careers page for more info on how to apply for a position at one of our stores. Make sure to select the location of your desired position when you submit and enter your email you use the most so we can get in touch to follow up.
